Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and management in civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and resource allocation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of contract administration and risk management is an advantage.
