Planning Engineer - Civil

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills and be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively within the defined scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and management in civil engineering projects.
Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and resource allocation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of contract administration and risk management is an advantage.

MEP Engineer (Residential & Commercial)

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Site Engineers to oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for Residential and Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical, mechanical (HVAC, lifts), structural fabrications, and other associated works at the site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities at the construction site for Residential and Commercial projects.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards,proper finishings and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lifts, and structural fabrication works.
Monitor daily progress and prepare reports on site activities.
Inspect and verify the quality of works, materials, and equipment installed.
Resolve technical and site problems promptly.
Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and progress.
Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to site team and subcontractors.
Taking accountability for all kind of Materials / Consumables
Verification of Contract Bills and Certifications
